Having existed in one form or another now for 11 years, Obsquiae have risen from obscurity and triumphed in 2008/09 with the completion of this 3 song demo. Rich with Medieval scales and a completely unique atmosphere, the bands music is firmly built upon a foundation of unshakably memorable riff work with a flowing/cohesive motion in percussion and composition that elevates them to a level of maturity rarely experienced in the death/black metal worlds. This demo is a glimpse into Obsequiae's promising future as we all await the full-length debut out on Bindrune Recordings in 2010.
